We would like to make your shopping experience with us a personalized as possible! Online shopping can be difficult --the furniture colors in real life and in different settings will look different than the colors on the computer screen. Please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any questions about a piece’s color, size, style or price point, or if you'd like to know more about our shipping, approval and return process. We have hand-selected every piece, and we will try to provide you with as much information as possible about your purchase.

No Sales Tax
The cost of shipping is offset by there being no sales tax in Montana

You can expect your furniture via UPS 14-21 business days from your order.   Motor freight may take up to 30 days. If available as an option, you can also track the progress of your order via your account.  In the odd circumstance that your shipment is delayed, we will let you know when you can expect it and will ensure that the furniture is delivered to you as quickly as possible.  Oversize items may be delivered by a freight company, and you will be given these details when the item ships.   UPS and freight companies will deliver to your door, but should not be expected to bring your rug inside your home.


If the piece does not work for you, simply email or call us at (406) 550-2511 for a Return Authorization.  There are no re-stocking fees, we just ask that you pay the return shipping expense, and that the item(s) are returned within 30 days of the ship date.  

We will help you through the return shipping process!   We offer returns for credit only. We'll be happy to help you find that perfect piece.

Please use the original packaging if it is not damaged -- please seal all openings and bind securely with packing tape.   The customer is responsible for the item's condition upon its return, so please pack the items carefully.


We are happy to offer financing to make the purchase of your dream piece more affordable --  just email or call us and we can create a payment schedule that works for you.  Here are some examples of payment plans that we are able to accommodate:

Purchase of $400 - $1000:  Payments of $100 / mo. to $250 / mo. for four months with no fees or interest.

Purchase of $1000 - $2000:  Payments of $250 / mo. to $350 / mo. for four to six months with no fees or interest.

Purchase of $2000 or more:  call or email us for a customized plan.


These payments will be authorized once a plan is agreed upon, and they will be automatically charged to a credit card on a monthly basis.  The items purchased will be shipped when the balance is paid in full.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Please call us if you need to change or cancel any order.  We will do our best to stop shipment, but you will have to go through our return process as detailed above.  Do not refuse the shipment if it is delivered;  this will incur additional fees.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
