Making strips for rubber tire furniture
Karsono makes amazing rubber tire furniture entirely by hand using tires ordinarily destined for the landfill. The process is really ingenious. Here rubber strips are made by first halving the tire longitudinally. Then the strips are shaven from the halves using a stationary knife and a lot of hand and foot power.
